We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. Caregivers provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. This role is critical in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client served.

The Caregiver works directly with clients in their homes to provide hands-on care and support. This includes assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, as well as offering companionship and emotional support. Caregivers also communicate with families and supervisors to ensure clients’ care needs are met consistently and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide safe mobility support, transfers, and positioning assistance.

• Prepare meals and support clients with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.

• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or cognitive conditions to supervisors.

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate daily documentation.

• Support medication reminders as directed.

• Practice infection control and safety protocols at all times.

• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and errands (if required).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a related healthcare setting is a plus.

• Knowledge of basic caregiving practices, safety, and hygiene.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately.

• Physically able to lift, move, or assist clients as needed.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for client visits).

• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
